Jennifer Milo – Director, Business Leadership, SynergyAG

Jennifer started her career in the agricultural chemical industry in 1993 with heritage organizations of Bayer CropScience.  For over 25 years, she directed research across North America to investigate pesticide residues in food, feed, and the environment resulting in guidance to safely use pesticides, product registrations and/or defense and facilitation of international trade for pesticide treated commodities.  Jennifer is well versed in the establishment of infrastructure, process, and compliance, to ensure safety and productivity. She is in tune with business operations, agricultural industry including regulatory and environmental challenges faced by the agriculture industry.  She previously represented Bayer CropScience on the CropLife Canada Environmental Subcommittee and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Ag-West Bio and ABIC. She is passionate about building high-performance teams through authenticity, collaboration, empowerment, and accountability.   With her scientific background and corporate experience, she ensures sustainable deliverables while maintaining an open mind to change and opportunity to ensure a balance between growth and operational efficiency. She currently enjoys her role in providing business leadership to the retail locations within SynergyAG.

Jennifer has a B.Sc. in Environmental Science from the University of Manitoba, an M.Sc. in Crop Science & Plant Ecology from the University of Saskatchewan and business training through the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.  Jennifer was born and raised in Saskatchewan.  In her spare time, she can often be found spending time with her family at their cabin.
